How installation work proceeds
- Site inspection and discussion of the pipework layout

What we pay attention to during installation
For sewerage, the correct fall and ventilation are critical — the wrong fall leads to recurring blockages within a couple of years. On the water supply side we check pressure, fixing spacing and thermal insulation to prevent condensation and noise.
Apartment building vs. house installation
In an apartment building, installation usually has to be coordinated with the housing association and account taken of the riser's route through other flats, since one run serves several flats. In a house we can plan the route more freely, choosing a location with future maintenance and renovation in mind.
What follows installation
After installation the run is usually left exposed until pressure testing and leak checks are complete, only then do we close the walls or pour the floor. We recommend keeping the pipework layout drawing — it makes later maintenance and repairs easier.
