24-hour emergency service for apartment associations

An emergency in an apartment building affects several apartments at once, and often the stairwell's communal areas too. Our dispatch takes calls around the clock, and the nearest available technician goes out as soon as possible.

  • Call-outs around the clock
  • Price confirmed before the work
  • An honest assessment of the problem

Scope of the emergency service

  • Round-the-clock dispatch service
  • Resolving water accidents and riser blockages
  • Shutting off water and limiting damage
  • Heat loss and heat exchanger unit faults
  • Written notice of the work done and the cause

Difference from the general emergency service

A contracted association has cooperation terms agreed in advance, and we know the locations of the building's shut-off points. That way no time is spent getting to know the building during an emergency, and we can deal with the cause of the fault right away.

Notifying residents

In an emergency it must be decided quickly whether and how to notify residents — for example on the stairwell notice board or through the association's agreed channel. We help word what happened, in which apartment, and by when water supply will be restored.

Call-out procedure and reports

During the call-out we record where the fault started, which apartments and communal areas were affected, and which shut-off points were closed. The summary and work report help the board process an insurance claim afterwards and explain the situation at the next general meeting.
