Apartment building risers
Replacing a riser affects several apartments, so we draw up a schedule and agree access in advance. During the work we also reinstall the apartment connections, so the old and new parts don't end up mismatched.
Fall and connections on the new line
Sewerage only works properly if the fall is correct along the whole line — too steep a fall leaves waste behind, too shallow a section blocks quickly. When installing new pipework we measure and check the fall on every section, and make sure the connection points are tight and accessible for later maintenance.
