We start with diagnostics: checking pressure, air in the system, the valves and circulation pump, and the heat substation settings. Only then do we decide whether maintenance, flushing, or parts replacement is needed.
In apartment buildings and housing associations we agree on working hours with the management company so that closing a riser doesn't surprise the neighbours. In a house or commercial premises we can usually start right away.

- In an apartment, a single radiator can usually be replaced even during the heating season if the riser has a shut-off option. Otherwise we agree on a time with the management company.
